Status Report

Well the computer crashed in late December and it took about 3 weeks to establish it was lost forever and another 2 weeks to decide what to do and rebuild.
We have scrapped the idea of running XP in a virtual environment (within Ubuntu Linux) as the VM ware kept crashing and losing our files. We now have rebuilt the computer and are trying to catch up ASAP on our reviews. Things are going much faster on the rebuilt system and we should be caught up soon.
Thanks for everyones patience as we regroup!
Cheers,
Chris

I recently had dinner at NYC's trendiest and best kept secret, La Esquina Restaurant on Kenmare St. when a waitress approached our table to take our drink order. She highly recommended Siembra Azul Tequila and by the description she gave us of this new tequila I was already anticipating it's harmonious flavors. Siembra Azul is not only a soft full bodied tequila but it was also the first time I was given tequila in a snifter glass. Our waitress told us that the owner of this high premium spirit had trained their staff about the production process and qualities of tequila. Since the training, they now serve tequila in a snifter glass and what a difference it makes in its taste! You could tell the difference this training made and the impression it left on me. I have gained respect for this incredible spirit.
Cheers to Siembra Azul Tequila for producing a high quality spirit that is rich in its distinctive flavors and for dispelling the myth that tequila's are only for shots and margaritas...Siembra Azul Tequila is simply perfect to enjoy. I give it a 10+!
